Overview
After completing the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory (IBI) survey, all users will receive a series of four email nudges. The purpose of the nudges is to sustain learning and to help users better understand their results, strengths, and priority areas for improvement.
The IBI Learning Journey includes four emails:
- Choose a Behavior to work on based on the user's priority dimension (+1 day from completing the IBI)
- Customized to the user's priority dimension; user receives 1 of 5 versions
- Users who select a behavior also receive a confirmation email with additional advice
- Explore the user's Priority Dimension with a detailed Quick Guide (sent +3 days from completing the IBI)
- Customized to the user's priority dimension; user receives 1 of 5 versions
- Dive deeper into the Priority Dimension with a focused chapter from Inclusive Leadership, Global Impact (sent +7 days from completing the IBI)
- Customized to the user's priority dimension; user receives 1 of 5 versions
- Use the GlobeSmart Profile to understand your workstyle to be more inclusive in the workplace (sent +10 days from completing the IBI)
- Take the Progress Assessment to evaluate their learning journey, ie. how often they have implemented the behavior they’ve chosen in Nudge 1 and reflection (sent +14 days from completing the IBI)
We plan to continually improve the email nudges. Therefore, the exact content of each email is subject to change.
Some organizations have chosen to opt out of this IBI feature.
