Introducing A Smarter Way to Understand Your Team

We’ve added a powerful new component to Team DynamicsSM! When reviewing your GlobeSmart® Profiles dimension-by-dimension, you’ll now see dimension-specific insights that highlight your team’s primary style, outliers, and missing perspectives, giving you a clearer picture of how your team works and where you can grow together.

What’s new?

Primary style: This shows where there is a cluster of teammates with a similar style on a dimension. You’ll now see insights describing your team’s leaning, along with common norms and patterns that characterize the primary style.

Outliers: These are the individuals whose styles differ most from the rest of the team. New insights help you understand the unique perspectives they bring and offer guidance on how to ensure they feel included and heard.

Missing perspectives: These are the areas along each dimension where no team members sit. These insights highlight opportunities to explore new approaches, broaden thinking, or try out different ways of working.

Why this matters:

With these new perspectives, your team can more easily identify:

• where you share alignment
• where you have gaps worth filling
• and how to better support teammates whose styles differ from your own

Together, these insights will help you build stronger collaboration, foster inclusion, and unlock new ways of working within your teams.

Creating a Neuroinclusive Workplace: Now available in Polish

In addition to Chinese (Simplified), English, French, German, Italian, and Japanese, this learning module has now been fully translated to Polish. Take this learning module to learn how to leverage neurodiversity in the workplace by implementing inclusive solutions that can benefit all employees.
