Introducing the Community of Practice
We’re excited to announce the launch of our Community of Practice for Aperian-certified practitioners utilizing the GlobeSmart® Profile and the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory℠ (IBI).
This new space is designed to foster peer learning, share facilitation strategies, and spotlight innovative use cases to enable deeper impact with our tools.
Certified practitioners now have access to:
- A dedicated Slack community
- Live, facilitated Aperian demos and ‘Ask an Expert’ workshops
- Facilitation and coaching resources
- Dedicated support from the Aperian Certifications team
A Smoother Way to Compare Profiles
The Compare Profiles page has been updated with a cleaner, more intuitive design. You can now easily browse teams, individuals, countries, and segments—all clearly listed for quick selection when creating a new comparison. A new search function also makes finding specific Profiles faster than ever.
