Most Aperian users access the site by logging in with an email and password. However, it's important to note that many of our Enterprise clients will access the site through a single-sign-on authentication process and therefore won't have a password. If you're not sure which method you use to access Aperian, you can contact our team at support@aperian.com.
If you do log in with email and password, you can reset your Aperian password at any time in either of the following ways.
Note: After five (5) unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be locked. You will need to contact support@aperian.com to unlock the account.
Reset Password While Logged Out
- From https://app.aperian.com click Forgot Your Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your Aperian account, click Continue
- You will receive an email containing a unique link to reset your password. Click the button or link in the email.

Passwords must be at least 10 characters in length, and must contain three of the following four character types: lower case letters (a-z), upper case letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), and special characters (!@#$%^&*). You can use no more than two identical characters in a row (for example, "aaa" is not allowed).
