Users who have taken the GlobeSmart Profile survey more than once will have access to the Profile History feature. Profile History provides a visual of how your work style has changed over time.
To view your Profile History:
- Navigate to the Profile page
- Scroll past your current profile to the larger version of the chart
- If you have taken the GlobeSmart Profile survey more than once, your Profile History will appear automatically, along with some prompts for reflection: Why do you think your style has changed? Are you working on a new team or do you have new responsibilities?
- If you have taken the Profile survey more than twice, Previous and Next buttons will appear, allowing you to navigate through all your past profiles.
- There is also an option to Hide History beneath the chart. Click this to view just your current profile on the large chart.
