After completing a Learning Module, users will receive a series of three email nudges. The purpose of the nudges is to sustain learning and to help users better understand the concepts presented in the module.
Each Learning Module Journey includes three emails, all following a Think / Do format:
- Explore one key concept from the module in detail: a concept to "Think" about, and an action to "Do". (+7 days)
- Explore the second key concept from the module in detail (+18 days).
- Explore the third key concept from the module in detail (+28 days).
The first in each series has a note at the bottom of the nudge to the following effect to introduce the series:
According to psychologist Hermann Ebbinghaus almost 80% of what we are taught is forgotten within 30 days. So over the next 30 days you will receive a series of three nudges to reinforce the key learnings from this module.
We plan to continually improve the email nudges. Therefore, the exact content of each email is subject to change.
