Accessing Team Dynamics

Navigating to Team Dynamics

Users associated with an organization who has opted out of Team Dynamics will not be able to navigate to Team Dynamics at all - see below access descriptions

From My Teams

1. Navigate to My Teams

   1. 

2. Click Compare next to any team

   1. 

3. You will land on the Team Dynamics page for that team.

From a Comparison

Singular Comparison

1. Navigate to Compare Profiles

   1. 

2. Select a singular team and click Create

   1. 

3. You will be redirected to the Team Dynamics page for that team.

   1. 

Multiple Comparison

1. From the Compare Profiles screen, select as many comparison objects as desired, including a team. Then click Create

   1. 

2. Click on the average for the Team you want to view the Team Dynamics page for. Then click Team Dynamics

   1. 

3. You will be redirected to the Team Dynamics page for that team.

Who has access to Team Dynamics

Enterprise Plans

If you receive access to Aperian through your organization, most likely your organization utilizes the Enterprise Plan. As long as your organization has access to the GlobeSmart Profile, Team Dynamics is included with the plan. 

If an organization has opted out of Team Dynamics, users associated with that organization will not see Team Dynamics at all. 

Standalone Seats and Programs

All users who have the Aperian Teams plan will have access to Team Dynamics. 

Users who are taking Aperian-led training programs will also have access to Team Dynamics. 

Users who have the Aperian Individual or Academic plan do not have access to Team Dynamics. 

Users who do not have access to Team Dynamics will be able to view the page, but will see an option to upgrade. If you wish to upgrade, contact [e-mail] for information about upgrading your plan.
