In addition to the standard usage reports, your Client Success Manager may also share some of our non-standard usage reports during an annual or periodic review. All of the reporting options are described below. The timeframe for each report can be customized by your Client Success Manager to show data for the past 30 days, past quarter, between a specific time period, etc.

Additional Usage Reports
All Site Activity: Linear graph showing all site activity for users in the organization by day.
- Report insight: When is there a high traffic in Aperian? Consider what internal initiatives were driving usage in that period?
Unique Logins of New vs. Returning Users: Number of unique Logins by first time users and returning users.
- Report insight: How many new users does your organization have, and how many people return to the site for repeat visits?
Top GlobeSmart Profile Comparison Objects: Number of times users in the organization created a GlobeSmart Profile comparison, in order of the objects with the most comparisons created.
- Report insight: What are users in your organization most interested in comparing profiles with?
GlobeSmart Profile Advice Topics: Number of times users in the organization visited specific GlobeSmart Profile advice topics.
- Report insight: When users compare GlobeSmart Profiles, what advice topics are they most interested in?
Teams Created and Invitations Sent: Linear graph showing number of times users in the organization created a GlobeSmart Profile team or sent an invitation by day.
- Report insight: When are users in our organization sending GlobeSmart Profile invitations? Consider what internal initiatives increased traffic?
GlobeSmart Guides Pages: Top Cultures accessed through the GlobeSmart Guides within an organization.
- Report insight: What cultures are users in our organization searching for?
GlobeSmart Guides Topics: Number of times users in the organization viewed specific topics within the GlobeSmart Guides, in order of the most visited.
- Report insight: What topics are users in our organization exploring within the cultures?
