The answer to this question depends on the type of Aperian license you have:
Basic
At this time, Aperian Basic customers do not have an expiration date associated with their accounts. You can continue to access this limited version of Aperian as long as you would like. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can submit the request to the Technical Support team at support@aperian.com.
Premium and Other Purchases
Customers who have purchased Aperian Premium or another Aperian product will have access for the length of their subscription. After such time, if you do not choose to renew the subscription, the account will revert to the Aperian Basic level: access to GlobeSmart Guides, GlobeSmart Profile Teams, Invitations, and Advice, and any purchased Learning Modules will no longer be available. You can continue to access the limited version of Aperian as long as you would like.
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can submit the request to the Technical Support team at support@aperian.com.
Enterprise
If an enterprise customer fails to renew their Aperian license by the License End date, the following steps are taken after the last day of access:

All product subscriptions are discontinued (GlobeSmart Profile, GlobeSmart Guides, Learning Modules, Assessments)

Organization Owner privileges are removed

Automated Usage Reports are discontinued

Email Domains and SSO connections are set to be deleted within six (6) months (allowing for seamless reinstatement of the license and associated user accounts)
Unless earlier requested by the customer, all User Data will be deleted within six (6) months from expiration of a Aperian Platform license.
