Bridging Differences: Applying Cultural Competence to Everyday Tasks

In a business environment where all employees interact with people from various cultures, there are bound to be different approaches to workplace interactions such as problem-solving, delegation, psychological safety, feedback, and developing talent. In this keynote, we use insights from the GlobeSmart® Profile, as well as practical examples, to provide advice about how (and how not to) approach key workplace activities.
