The Global Readiness Development Assessment is a strategic program to develop global leadership capabilities among key employees. Within global mobility, this assessment typically happens months before the start of an assignment, allowing for employee development (or alternate employee selection) to occur.
Participants will:
- Receive valuable research-backed guidance from an expert Aperian facilitator using statistically validated cultural instruments
- Develop a leadership and professional development plan to enhance cultural competence for global leadership
- Minimize the potential risks of failed international assignments and optimize their performance in the global workplace.
