While many employees have good intentions and want to be inclusive, most have areas of improvement when it comes to their everyday actions and impact on others. Covering the five dimensions of inclusive behaviors from the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory℠, this immersive and interactive learning program delivers practical recommendations for modeling inclusion.
Participants will:
- Learn global perspectives on diversity and inclusion topics relevant both domestically and for those working across borders
- Practice behaviors and actions that cultivate empathy, self-reflection, dialogue, and voluntary action.
- Measure progress by comparing behaviors pre- and post-program with the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory.
