GlobeSmart Profile Team Activity
Team leaders: your next team-building activity has arrived! Foster most effective and inclusive collaboration with some discussion questions about different work styles based on the GlobeSmart Team Profile. This 15-minute ice-breaker is simple and effective, and no facilitation experience is required!
The activity is available on the My Teams page and is also sent by email following the creation of a team in GlobeSmart. Have your team join our mission: to bridge boundaries through deeper understanding of ourselves and others.

Take your Profile with you. After completing the survey and viewing where you fall on each dimension, you can download your one-page Profile Summary. Bring it to a training session or debrief meeting, or hang it near your desk!
